Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This is a placeholder policy published ahead of dzhive's public launch. A full, counsel-reviewed policy will replace this page before any paid advertising or public signup goes live (see the self-serve rollout plan). If you have questions in the meantime, contact us at the address below.

What we collect

When you use the dzhive dashboard, we collect account information you provide (email, organization name) and operational data your connected game servers report to your hive — player identifiers, positions, inventory, and server events. This data belongs to your organization; we process it on your behalf to provide the service.

On this marketing site we do not use cookies. We count page views and which buttons get clicked, using a memory-only session that is gone the moment you close the tab — nothing is stored on your device, nothing persists between visits, and there is no identifier that could follow you to another site. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we count nothing at all. This data is processed in the EU by PostHog on our behalf.

How we use it

  • To operate and improve the dzhive dashboard and API.
  • To provide support when you contact us.
  • To send essential account and billing notices.
  • In aggregate, anonymized form, to understand product usage.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Data retention

Organization and server data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your organization's data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
